The Foundation is acknowledging those alumni and friends of WVU who have created endowed scholarships, fellowships and student awards in calendar year 2017. Eighty-three donors are being honored by having bricks engraved with their name placed in the Ernest L. Hogan Scholars Walk, the pathway located at the downtown campus library.

Jeffrey Allen Steiger, artistic director of the CRLT Players at the University of Michigan, and his theatre troupe will perform for campus leaders at the 2018 Chairs’ Symposium Aug. 13.
Singers from the West Virginia Community Choir, Fairmont State University Community Chorus and invited singers from throughout the state will join together Sunday (July 1) at 5 p.m.,for a performance of the Mozart Requiem. The concert will take place at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Morgantown and entry is free.
The Community Music Program Oldtime Fiddle Workshops are concluding with only one more stand-alone, one-evening workshop: Tuesday (June 26) from 6:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., in the WVU Creative Arts Center.
The 2018 Community Engagement in Science Through Art Team invites you to attend the opening ceremony of its sculpture titled “Cytochrome C”. The sculpture will be introduced to the public for the first time on the second floor of the Evansdale Library today (June 22) from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
