The 2018 Community Engagement in Science Through Art Team invites you to attend the opening ceremony of its sculpture titled “Cytochrome C”. This work, a collaborative sculpture created by two artists, two chemists and two engineers, was inspired by the Cytochrome C enzyme and discusses the interconnectedness between many living organisms. The sculpture will be introduced to the public for the first time on the second floor of the Evansdale Library today (June 22) from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Cake and light refreshments will be provided.
