WVU Army and Air Force ROTC cadets will recognize the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with a vigil in front of the Downtown Library from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 11). Air Force ROTC cadets will also participate in a Memorial Stair Climb beginning at 6 a.m. at the Coliseum to honor 9/11 first responders.
