The West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency, which administers several WVU employee benefits including health insurance, is holding annual public hearings during the month of November in multiple locations around the state.
A virtual hearing is also available Nov. 20.
These hearings allow the public to learn more about PEIA’s proposed changes for Plan Year 2027, ask questions and share their feedback.
The Morgantown hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. Nov. 17 in the Mountainlair Gold Ballroom. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.

In addition to announcing the public hearing schedule, PEIA has shared that its Notice of Privacy Practices has been updated due to changes in federal law, effective Nov. 1.
