Main Street Morgantown and the Arts Council of Greater Morgantown are joining forces to celebrate creativity and community with the final Arts Walk of the season alongside another First Friday for the Arts from 6-9 p.m. Friday (Nov. 7) in downtown Morgantown.
A showcase of the arts, visitors can explore creative wares from sidewalk vendors, artists and makers along High and Walnut streets, while First Friday venues feature indoor gallery exhibitions and live demonstrations. The Art Lab will also host an immersive popup event at 180 Willey Street.
“The November Arts Walk is our way of kicking off the holiday season by highlighting local creativity and shopping small,” said Ava Vavrick, manager of marketing and communications at Main Street Morgantown.
“Our partnership with First Friday is an opportunity to explore creativity through the streets while discovering shopping, dining and our creative community in Downtown Morgantown.”
