As part of National Hazing Prevention Week, Sept. 24-28, the task force has planned a full slate of activities to raise awareness around the issue of hazing and the impact it has on campus. All events are free and open to the WVU community.

The WVU Symphony Orchestra will take the stage for the first time this season on at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 27) at the Creative Arts Center.
Experiential learning isn’t just for engineering classes or science labs— it can be used in any discipline. In this webinar, Todd Hamrick, Teaching Associate Professor of Engineering, will discuss the value of experiential learning and explore ways you can use it as part of your teaching.
Students and alumni are encouraged to attend the WVU Career & Internship Fair Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Mountainlair Ballrooms. More than 80 nationwide employers from diverse industries, government agencies and non-profit sectors will be recruiting for summer internships and full-time job opportunities.
As part of this year’s Diversity Week activities, the Division of Talent and Culture will host “One Mountaineer Family Feud” – WVU’s own version of the popular television game show— Oct. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Mountainlair Ballroom.
