Volunteers will come together from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 7 to help restore one of the most popular climbing areas in West Virginia. Students will work together to arrange logs that were gathered by other volunteers earlier in the week to create trail boundaries.

WVUp All Night will showcase events Friday (Sept. 21) based on award-winning novel “Station Eleven,” a science fiction novel that follows a traveling troupe as they navigate a post-pandemic world exploring what life would be like if the world’s population, technology, and communication were devastated by a world-wide pandemic flu.
The WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities is excited to be hosting its first all-inclusive fundraising event this Sunday. The Run, Walk or Roll will be a fun event at the Coliseum track that is sure to have something for everyone. Strollers, wheelchairs and adapted bikes are welcome at this family event.
The preparation day (Oct. 4, 3 to 7 p.m.) for the annual Rocky Habitat Restoration involves gathering dead and downed branches from designated areas of the Coopers Rock State Forest to create a “material depot” that will be used Oct. 7 during the Rocky Habitat Restoration Project Event Day.
The 2018 Diversity Cup still has spots open for coed teams of five players for those interested in playing the tournament.
