WVU Libraries encourages University and Morgantown community members to participate in the “Mountaineer Week Art Crawl” Friday (Oct. 26). In addition to exhibits, the tour will feature a scavenger hunt and refreshments. Admission and participation are free.

West Virginia University fans from around the world will celebrate the seventh-annual Mountaineer Nation Day on Nov. 3. Mountaineer Nation Day is a 24-hour period dedicated to fans and their pride and passion for WVU. This year’s celebration will take place on the day the football team takes on Texas.
The seminar will be presented by Chen-Ching Liu who is a pioneer in power grid research, and will focus on the recent advances in electric distribution grid and how you can be prepared for contributing to the development and innovation of the next generator grid. The seminar is today (Oct. 23) at 5 p.m. in 113 MRB.
