The Humanities Center will host a screening of "Charlie vs. Goliath," a feature-length documentary about an unlikely political candidate's extraordinary struggle to shake up the political establishment in a moment in the history of elections that challenged the meaning and value of the term "democracy."
As a result of WVU's reinvigorated attempts to counter academic dishonesty, we have seen that testing in large classes is one of the most prevalent contexts for academic dishonesty. In this workshop, titled “Academic Standards: Testing in Large Classes,” you will learn about best practices for ensuring test integrity in large sections. You will also learn about practices that are specific to WVU and working (or not working) here.

Technical Writing II: Ethics, a free workshop for both undergraduate and graduate students, will cover ethical issues related to technical writing. It will be held Oct. 30 from 3-4 p.m. in Evansdale Library, Room 130.
