Once you learn the techniques of true Leadership And Influence, you will be able to build the confidence it takes to take the lead. The more experience you have acting as a genuine leader, the easier it will be for you.

Mark your calendars for upcoming Campus Conversations on WVU’s 2019 Voluntary Separation Incentive Plan program from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 17 in the Mountainlair, Gluck Theatre; from 1-2 p.m. Sept. 19 in Room 1106, Health Sciences Center, North; and from 10-11 a.m. Sept. 20 in Room 414, Evansdale Crossing.
All faculty are invited to attend a Faculty Evaluation, Promotion and Tenure Information Session led by Associate Provost for Faculty Development and Culture Melissa Latimer. Sessions are being offered by the Office of the Provost in conjunction with WVU Teaching and Learning Commons.

Assessment Essentials #1: Getting Started with Assessment, held in two locations, will introduce participants to the fundamentals of assessing student learning and dispel common misconceptions about assessment.
Check out a Frontline Professionals Meeting Thursday (Sept. 12) from noon to 1 p.m. in the Shenandoah Room of the Mountainlair. Topics will include preliminary Fall 19 Enrollment numbers, as well as updates on the Tobacco and Smoke Free Campus implementation and some inside updates on the various construction and master plan projects underway.
