campus conversations

Mark your calendars for upcoming Campus Conversations on WVU’s 2019 Voluntary Separation Incentive Plan program from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 17 in the Mountainlair, Gluck Theatre; from 1-2 p.m. Sept. 19 in Room 1106, Health Sciences Center, North; and from 10-11 a.m. Sept. 20 in Room 414, Evansdale Crossing.

The conversations will be facilitated by Paula Congelio, vice president and chief financial officer, and Cris DeBord, vice president of Talent and Culture.

The discussions will focus on the overall response to the VSIP program and next steps as the WVU Separation Incentives team prepares to notify eligible employees who expressed interest in the VSIP program of the University’s decision.

The Sept. 20 session will be available to watch live so all WVU campuses may participate. Supervisors are encouraged to allow their staff to attend or view the discussion as long as their operational needs permit.

RSVPs are requested, but not required. Email campusconversations@mail.wvu.edu to register. Questions may be submitted before the event to campusconversations@mail.wvu.edu or via this form, which is not associated with an email.
