Harrison “Henry” Loh, a doctoral student conducting research in materials science and engineering at West Virginia University, is the recipient of a 2019 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. The award will allow the Wheeling native to expand his research in the area of flexible technologies and devices.

A West Virginia University researcher has found that sexism is still pervasive among agriculture faculty in spite of gains made in the last 15 years. Haley Rosson, assistant professor of agriculture in the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design and Extension education, said behaviors include toxic work environments, unhealthy competition, inappropriate interactions and policy violations.

The wrestling team celebrated the 2018-19 season with family, friends and fans last Saturday at Touchdown Terrace inside Milan Puskar Stadium in Morgantown. At the event, first-year coach Tim Flynn and staff honored this year's seniors and handed out a number of yearly awards.
