The WVU Art in the Libraries committee invites the WVU community to share their thoughts on how artificial intelligence might affect fields of study, work, career readiness and community engagement.

The WVU Council for Gender Equity is pleased to announce Amena Anderson, assistant director of the WVU ADVANCE Center, as the 2023 recipient of the Mary Catherine Buswell Award. The award was established in 1978 to recognize an individual who demonstrates excellence in their field as it relates to the advancement of women and activities that improve the status of women in the University community.

PEIA policyholders are reminded that in order to receive the PEIA Tobacco-Free Preferred Premium for all of Plan Year 2024, you and all enrolled family members must have been tobacco-free by Jan. 1, 2023.

Mountaineer Card-related services, including the MyMountaineerCard website and Mountie Bounty transactions, will be unavailable from 6 a.m. to noon Thursday (May 11) for important system updates.

Nicole Dias, a project associate with WVU BAD Buildings and the Brownfields Assistance Center, was recently selected as a member of the prestigious Generation West Virginia Fellowship Class of 2023.
