The Evansdale Crossing bus lane will be closed for road construction and pavement work Monday (May 15) though May 26. During this time, the bus stop will be temporarily relocated down the road at the intersection of Fine Arts Drive and Morrill Way. Mountain Line buses and campus shuttles should pick up passengers at this temporary bus stop during this construction.
After the normal maintenance period Sunday (May 14), all new WVU Login passwords will need to be at least 12 characters long and include a special character. No immediate change is necessary, but you will need to meet this requirement the next time you change your password at login.wvu.edu.
On Monday, May 8, Head Men’s Basketball Coach Bob Huggins was interviewed on a Cincinnati radio show where he used derogatory and offensive language. It was inexcusable. It was a moment that unfairly and inappropriately hurt many people and has tarnished West Virginia University.
University Avenue on the Downtown Campus will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today (May 10) as graduating students enjoy GradFest in front of the Mountainlair, E. Moore Hall and in Woodburn Circle.
To accommodate annual enhancements, repairs and testing to the University’s steam infrastructure, the Facilities Management team is working with the steam provider on three planned steam outages.
