In preparation for the survey’s launch, the Leadership and Organization Development and HR Partner teams are hosting a series of one-hour focus groups (virtual and in-person) throughout the coming weeks with faculty and staff to provide them a sneak peek of the new survey and gather feedback on the overall survey experience.
A weekend of Homecoming activities at West Virginia University culminated Saturday (Oct. 2) with the naming of Raimah Hossain and Kylie A. Parker as the 2021 Homecoming Royalty, marking the start of a new tradition at the University. The 2021 WVU Alumni Association Homecoming and Alumni Service Awards were also presented. The announcements were made during the halftime ceremony at Saturday’s Homecoming football game against Texas Tech.
A single lane on University Avenue will be closed near the U-Club Apartments beginning tomorrow (Oct. 5) until Wednesday (Oct. 6). Work will be done on both days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. To assist with traffic and pedestrians, flaggers will be on each end of the lane closure.
