Research Webinar  

Designed to showcase the extensive capabilities of ChatGPT, focusing specifically on its application through Python, this webinar will be held from 3-4 p.m. March 6 on Zoom. Basic Python experience is required to attend.

University community members who are passionate about using research and evidence in local decision-making processes are invited to attend “Civic Science 101” hosted by the West Virginia Local Science Engagement Network from noon to 1 p.m. March 5 on Zoom.

Vaccination  

With a $323,000 grant from Merck & Co. Inc., Sharan Bobbala is setting out to make vaccines more effective by getting the medication to reach the interior of immune cells. Since the method would target a more specific area, it would allow for a lower dosage and could provide protection against evolving viruses and multiple diseases.
