Martin Luther King Jr. Day campus service hours announced

Snowy Campus

Administrative offices will close Monday (Jan. 20) in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. During this time, some campus services will operate as normal or have adjusted hours. 

MOUNTAINEER E-News will also be on hiatus Monday. Information and resources for faculty and staff are always available at enews.wvu.edu

Regular office hours and MOUNTAINEER E-News will resume Tuesday (Jan. 21). 

In case of an emergency, call the WVU Police Department at 304-293- 2677.

PRT

The PRT will not operate Monday (Jan. 20). See the Mountain Line Transit schedule.

Mountainlair

The Mountainlair will operate on a normal schedule.

WVU Dining

WVU Dining venues will offer limited hours Monday. Find the adjusted dining schedule for specific locations.

The Rack

The student food pantry will be closed. Fresh food will be distributed Tuesday (Jan. 21).

WVU Bookstores

The WVU Bookstores will be closed.

WVU Libraries

WVU Libraries will be closed Saturday (Jan. 18) through Monday (Jan. 20).

WVU Student Health Urgent Care

The Student Health Center will be closed.

For immediate care, WVU Urgent Care, Suncrest Towne Centre is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Carruth Center

The Carruth Center will be closed.

Students can call 304-293-4431 x 1 to speak with a counselor when the Center is closed. Students can also utilize the Crisis Text line by texting WVU to 741741.
