WVU’s Personal Rapid Transit system will operate on extended hours during finals week and will be closed during winter break.
From today (Dec. 13) through Friday (Dec. 17) the PRT will open as scheduled at 6:30 a.m. and will remain open until 10:45 p.m.
The PRT will be closed for the University’s winter break from Saturday, Dec. 18, through Sunday, Jan. 9.
The PRT will reopen on a normal schedule on Monday, Jan. 10, at 6:30 a.m.
Riding the PRT is free for WVU students and employees. While using the PRT, be sure to follow all guidelines – including wearing a mask while at the PRT stations and when riding a vehicle – to ensure your safety.
