The Health Sciences Innovation Center along with the Women's Business Center will sponsor a Lunch and Learn Feb. 15 at noon at the Launch Lab, Evansdale Crossing. This month's topic: SBIR/STTR Grant Mechanisms and Panel Discussion.

Men's basketball's Jevon Carter is among the finalists for the Senior CLASS Award. Twenty NCAA men's and women's basketball student-athletes who excel both on and off the court were selected as finalists today for the 2017-18 Senior CLASS Award in collegiate basketball. To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must be classified as NCAA Division I seniors and have notable achievements in four areas of excellence: community, classroom, character and competition.

The Mineral County STEM Network will host the 6th Annual Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Festival for students and parents. WVU Extension Service, Potomac State and other partners plan and host the event which will be held March 24 noon to 4 p.m. on WVU's Potomac State campus in Keyser.
