For employees with students enrolled at WVU, note the March 1 priority deadline for submitting a 2018-2019 Free Application for Federal Student Aid is less than one month away. Students should submit their FAFSA for the upcoming fall/spring ASAP to receive the best aid package available to them.

Employees may purchase hardware devices for two-factor authentication through Mountaineer Marketplace starting Monday, Feb. 12. Just log into MyAccess.wvu.edu and click on the My Tools tab to reach Mountaineer Marketplace. Either state or Research Corp. funding may be used, subject to permission from your EBO and/or department head.
The Council for Women’s Concerns is accepting applications for 2018-19 board members. Council members serve three-year terms. The council meets once a month and each member is assigned committee membership based upon their interests. The application deadline is March 5 at 5 p.m.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to remind students to participate in the American Collegiate Health Association National College Health Assessment survey which was sent via MIX to 8,000 WVU students at random, ranging from freshmen to graduate students. Students who complete the survey are entered to win an iPad or Echo Dot.
The Boa Constructors team is serious about robotics, specifically first Lego League competitions, where members won first place at the statewide tournament in December.
The new cards along with setup instructions will be distributed via the cardholder's Expert Business Office. Cardholders must activate their new cards before Wednesday, Feb. 28.
