For the second straight season, senior Elizabeth Gratz earned the sport of rifle's top academic honor, as she was named the Elite 90 Award winner for NCAA Division I Rifle. A native of Sigel, Illinois, Gratz, a marketing major, shows a 4.0 grade point average.

West Virginia University Extension Service’s 4-H program has been tapped to lead the 2018 NYSD challenge which will be held throughout October. WVU’s program was chosen via a competitive selection process conducted by the National 4-H Council, USDA-NIFA and Google to serve as the lead land-grant university for the event.
