The ITS Service Desk will be closed March 10, 11 and 17. The Service Desk is otherwise open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday over spring break, resuming normal hours when the residence halls reopen Sunday, March 18.
If you need assistance when the Service Desk is closed, visit it.wvu.edu/help to search self-help articles. You can still submit requests for assistance to ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or leave a message at 304.293.4444, but these will not be answered until the Service Desk reopens.
