STAR and STAR-related systems will be down for 24 hours starting at 12:01 a.m. Sunday (March 11), longer than the normal maintenance window, for critical patching. ITS is performing this work during spring break to minimize disruption.
This work, which affects Portal.wvu.edu and DegreeWorks, will help prepare for an upgrade of STAR (Banner) later this year. If work is completed sooner than anticipated, we'll let you know that the system is available.
