As a result of discussions between the Office of Global Affairs, the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences, the Department of World Languages, Literatures and Linguistics and the Office of the Provost, West Virginia University’s Intensive English Program will return to its original home in the Eberly College.

Online graduate business programs in data analytics, the online MBA, and forensic accounting and fraud examination at West Virginia University have been recognized in the top 50 of the latest U.S. News & World Report Best Online Program rankings, as has an online graduate engineering program in information technology. Additionally, WVU’s online graduate program in education was ranked in the top 100.
West Virginia University Governance Rule 1.11 – Information Technology Resources and Governance on Identity Theft Detection and Prevention Program and Finance and Administration Rule 5.6 – Tobacco and Smoke Free Campus have been posted online for public comment.

The Student Rec Center leisure pool has been closed indefinitely, due to an unforeseen mechanical failure. This will affect Infant, Preschool and Private Swim Lessons. All other programs should operate as usual. More specific information regarding the closure and expected repair timeline will be announced once a full damage assessment has been completed.
