This week, diners at Café Evansdale and Hatfields will be able to taste the flavors of Germany thanks to a visit from Global Chef Marcel Pohle. Pohle, from Germany, is spending a one-month residency in the U.S. through the Global Chef Program, and is visiting WVU this week. He has assisted WVU Dining Services in creating an authentic German menu, which will be featured for dinner from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 14) at Café Evansdale, and for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday (Feb. 15 )at Hatfields.
