Sustainability Week 2024  

The WVU Office of Sustainability is continuing its efforts to build a more sustainable future for all Mountaineers with a variety of in-person events and virtual learning tools during Sustainability Week.

International Tea Time  

Enjoy a cup of tea and snacks while exploring other cultures from 1-3 p.m. Friday (Oct. 25) in Colson Hall, Room 130. Attendees are invited to wear traditional clothing from their cultures and/or bring cultural artifacts or symbols to share with the community.

Virtual Political Conversation  

Join the WVU Press for a moderated conversation with author Matthew Ferrence and political candidate Kate Barr as they share the story of two regular citizens challenging entrenched systems — each in a different way — with the hope of an unlikely outcome from 7-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, on Zoom.

In a continued effort to enhance the institution’s academic offerings and grow the University’s overall enrollment, the Office of the Provost has named Chad Mezera as the new assistant provost for WVU Online effective today (Oct. 21).
