From an early age, Jakob Fedele knew how important “The Pride of West Virginia” was to the Mountain State. Now in his senior year at West Virginia University and a member of the Mountaineer Marching Band, Jakob is performing in communities all over the state, preparing for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and inspiring future Mountaineers.

The Morgantown hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the Erickson Alumni Center. A virtual hearing will be available Nov. 18.
