The WVU community is encouraged to help build the 25th annual Toy Mountain by donating unwrapped toys for underprivileged children in Morgantown. Toys can be dropped off at various locations on campus or shipped directly by visiting the Amazon Wishlist before Friday, Nov. 29.

The English Honor Society is collecting notebooks, folders, pencils, pens, paper, highlighters and other supplies to benefit teachers and students at South Middle School in Morgantown. Supplies can be dropped off in the Mountainlair Vandalia Lounge through Nov. 8.
New managers or people leaders who are looking to sharpen their supervisor skills are invited to a three-part, virtual series beginning with the “Strengths-Based Leadership” session from noon to 1 p.m. Nov. 7 on Zoom.
Coats and other clothing will be collected through Nov. 8 to benefit faculty, staff and students. New or gently used, unstained items will be accepted.
The Morgantown public hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the Erickson Alumni Center. A virtual hearing will be available on Nov. 18.
Voters registered in Monongalia County can cast their ballots for the 2024 general election at the WVU Art Museum’s Museum Education Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today (Oct. 30) through Saturday (Nov. 2). Voters must present a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license or voter registration card.
