Braving the Wilderness Book  

Faculty and staff are invited to discuss “Braving the Wilderness: The Quest for True Belonging and the Courage to Stand Alone” by Brene Brown every Thursday at 4 p.m. beginning Sept. 18 through Oct. 23. Meetings will be held in person at 1085 Van Voorhis Road, Suite 218-220 and on Zoom.

Faculty, staff, students and community members are invited to attend “District Dialogues: Unlocking Rural Potential,” presented by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 2-5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at the Erickson Alumni Center or on Zoom.

Faculty and staff are invited to learn about warning signs, how to safely intervene with students who are in distress, and services provided by the Carruth Center and the CARE Team from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 4) on Zoom.

Homeschool students in grades K-12 are invited to engage in activities they may not have the chance to experience at home by attending Homeschool Days on Oct. 15, Nov. 12 and Dec. 10.
