The former prisoner of war and retired U.S. Army soldier will speak on her survival and rescue during the 2003 invasion of Iraq at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in the Mountainlair Gluck Theatre.

Cookies and Cocoa with Santa  

This family-friendly event will include cookies and hot cocoa, a variety of fun and interactive activities for children, a free photo with Santa, and a few special surprises to put you and yours in the holiday spirit Sunday, Dec. 8, at the Erickson Alumni Center.

Virtual Holiday Support  

Faculty and staff are invited to attend a drop-in group facilitated by the WVU Faculty Staff Assistance Program to gain support and learn tips on managing mental well-being throughout the holidays. The group will be held at 4:30 p.m. Monday (Nov. 25) and at noon Tuesday (Nov. 26) via Zoom.

The Collegiate Recovery Lunch and Learn Series will host “From Surviving to Thriving: Mastering Stress, Focus and Self-Care During High-Stress Periods” from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in the Mountainlair, Mountaineer Room.
