The Teaching and Learning Commons will offer two mini-institutes to support you as you prepare courses for the Spring 2021 semester. Course Organization and Communication will be held Jan. 4-8 and Student Engagement Jan. 11-15.

WVU's Children on Campus will host a quarterly meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 16 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Attendees will share information, discuss needs and concerns, review standards and learn about local, state and national resources.
Bringing together families, friends and fellow classmates from across the country and around the world to celebrate the August and December Classes of 2020, WVU will host 14 online commencement ceremonies for the 2,680 graduates on Saturday, Dec.19.
The ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the USS West Virginia mast and bell in front of Oglebay Hall and includes a 21-gun salute with three volleys being fired at 9:50 a.m. This year’s keynote speaker will be U.S. Marine Corps veteran and current WVU student, Andrew Chancey.
The Faculty Senate will meet Monday, Dec. 7, at 3:15 via Zoom.
Faculty, staff, students and friends are invited to attend the Collegiate Recovery virtual graduation celebration Dec. 11 at 11 a.m.
