For a second consecutive year, WVU is the top-ranked West Virginia-based employer in the state. It ranks number six overall among employers that operate in West Virginia and employ at least 500 people in their U.S. operations.
The Starbucks at the Market @ UPlace remains closed this morning (Sept. 2) after West Virginia University was notified the previous evening of a COVID-19 exposure at the University Place storefront. The event underscores the importance for students and employees to follow the health and safety guidelines established, including those WVU set for quarantine and isolation.
Each day, our faculty and staff provide extraordinary support and service to our colleagues and our students who go above and beyond what might be expected. Go Beyond and the STAR Team need your help to identify these WVU Shining Stars.
Students who owe a balance of $1,000 or more after Sept. 1 will have their eCampus access revoked due to non-payment after close of business today (Sept. 2).
If you use the Chrome or Edge browsers to log into Portal and other WVU sites, you may have started seeing a message that stops you from logging in. To prevent this, completely close your browser -- not just close tabs or windows -- after each use.
