School of Nursing, FaithHealth Appalachia partner to strengthen faith community documentation system
Through this partnership, faith community nurses in West Virginia will have access to an advanced, evidence-based documentation system designed to improve patient care coordination, track health outcomes, and strengthen the integration of faith-based nursing into broader public health initiatives.
“African American Hospitals in West Virginia, 1900-1960,” a temporary exhibit that examines pre-desegregation health care for African Americans in the state, is now open at the William A. Neal Museum of the Health Sciences.
Individuals with disabilities, caregivers and family members, researchers, professionals and students are invited to submit proposals for short courses, workshops and poster sessions related to the theme “Bridging the Gap” through April 1.
