The Arthritis Foundation classes will be held from 5-5:30 p.m. and the balance classes from 5:30-6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at Suncrest United Methodist Church, 479 Van Voorhis Road. The community is welcome to attend one or both of these classes designed to empower individuals to lead a more active, pain-free lifestyle.
