Join the Office of the Provost and WVU’s most recent Benedum Distinguished Scholars for an evening of dialogue about research, passion and purpose tonight (March 8) at 7 p.m. The 2022 Benedum Scholars Showcase will be an in-person event for a limited audience at the Gladys G. Davis Theatre of the WVU Creative Arts Center. A live-streaming option will also be available for virtual viewers.

In response to positive turnout at the recent Mountainlair clinic, West Virginia University will host additional pop-up COVID-19 vaccine clinics on the Downtown campus in partnership with the Monongalia County Health Department. The pop-up clinics will take place in the Mountainlair’s Mountaineer Room on Wednesday, March 9 and Wednesday, March 16 from 1-3 p.m. The clinics will offer both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
Faculty and staff should encourage graduating seniors to stop by the 2022 Graduation One-Stop Shop today (March 7) in the Mountainlair commons area, and Tuesday, March 8, in the Engineering Mineral Resources atrium. The shops will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.
