All new faculty members are invited to join the Office of the Provost for an overview of Digital Measures and the usage of the system Aug. 16 from 1-3 p.m. Faculty may attend in person at 101 NRCEE on the Evansdale Campus or online via Zoom.

The WVU Center for Veteran, Military and Family Programs office will host a Fall 2022 open house Tuesday, Aug. 16, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the “Mountaineer Bunker,” Room 214 at the Mountainlair. WVU veterans, military, veteran/military dependent students, faculty and staff are invited to attend this event.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, Aug. 17, beginning at 8:15 a.m. in the Bluestone Room of the Mountainlair and via Zoom.
The WVU Office of Student Engagement and Leadership is seeking speakers for the 2022 REACH Conference (Reimagining Engagement with Action, Culture and History) slated for Sept. 23-25 at Mountainlair. This three-day multicultural student leadership retreat aims to promote and celebrate diversity at WVU through education, team building, open dialogue and facilitated student growth.
A farmers market, sponsored by the Division of Student Life, will be held outside the Mountainlair (in front of Hatfields) each Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 25 through Oct. 20. Local farmers and vendors will offer a variety of produce and other food items for purchase.
Meet our newest students and let them see how Mountaineers help each other by volunteering during residence hall move-in. Shifts are available Thursday (Aug. 11), Friday (Aug. 12) and Saturday (Aug. 13) from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 12:30-5 p.m. on the Evansdale and Downtown Campuses.
