There are 113 students in the WVU Law Class of 2021, which is an increase of almost four percent over last year. First generation college students make up one-third of the class.
In conjunction with the exhibition, “Man Power, Mine Power,” the Royce J. and Caroline B. Watts Museum will host a free, family-friendly open house that will feature an interactive craft, designed to help visitors learn more about the creation of coal. Panini Pete’s will continue to offer a limited menu through Aug. 31, and food trucks will be available starting the week of Aug. 27.

Last spring, a Geography 102 class made a project for extra credit that has turned into a testament to West Virginia’s staying power throughout the world. The students searched for video of people across the globe singing what may be your favorite song: “Country Roads,” and put their research into an online map.
