After 50 years of service to WVU, Caulton (Carl) Irwin will retire March 31. The university community is invited to join in celebrating his achievements and wishing him well Friday, April 5, from 4-6 p.m., first floor lobby at the National Research Center for Coal and Energy, 1272 Evansdale Drive.

The WV Family Nutrition Program provides nutrition education to low income audiences across the state with funding from the USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) and Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). The program teaches children about healthy choices for their body.

The West Virginia University’s LaunchLab Network hosted the third annual March Idea Challenge Wednesday (March 27), lauding Statler College students James Carnes, Kyle Gillis and Alan Brockman for pitching their company, ICONIC EDU, as the winning team after four contested rounds of competition.
