Through the end of summer 2019, we are asking for the public’s input on ways that the MPO, the WVDOH, the City of Morgantown and neighboring municipalities can improve safety and connectivity for pedestrians and bicyclists using state and local roads for both recreation and transportation. We have prepared a survey so that you can give us your thoughts on these issues.

This year marks the 25th anniversary for the Walk 100 Miles in 100 Days program which begins April 15 and ends July 23. Participation in this program has been made easier this year by eliminating the use of paper registration and replacing it with online registration through the Walk 100 Miles in 100 Days Registration Portal.
With the goal of providing healing through laughter, Dr. Rosemarie Cannarella Lorenzetti, associate dean for student services on WVU’s Eastern Campus, and fourth-year medical student, Ayita Verna, participated in a Gesundheit Global Outreach Clown Mission trip to Quito, Equador, in January.
