Donations will be accepted in all residence halls starting today (May 1) for the annual Blue and Gold Mine Sale, a long-time partnership between WVU and the United Way, providing a second life to donated goods in a yard sale-like event while raising money for the local United Way.

The Faculty Justice Network invites the University community to attend the last Faculty Talks event of the semester from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday (May 4) via Zoom. Enkeshi Thom El-Amin, assistant professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, will lead a discussion exploring the link between race and place.
Attendees will meet at noon in Room 251 of the Coliseum to hear a brief presentation from Ted Svehlik and April Messerly before heading out on a tour of Coliseum facilities.
Staff and faculty are invited to attend a Campus Conversation on Wednesday, May 3, designed to provide an overview of the University’s budget process. This virtual “Budget 101” event will begin at 11 a.m. via Zoom.
The show, presented by fashion, dress and merchandising students in the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design, will take place at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (May 4) at the Erickson Alumni Center.
The Ceramics Studio in the School of Art and Design will host its annual spring ceramics sale from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday (April 28) and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (April 29) at the front entrance of the Canady Creative Arts Center.
