Join the WVU Student Grotto (Cave Club) and Monongahela Grotto Sept. 1 at 8 p.m. in Room 1021 of South Agricultural Sciences for an evening of discussion and reflection with Chris Nicola, the America cave explorer who brought to light the plight of five Jewish families who took refuge underground in a cave for over a year to escape the Holocaust.
New and seasoned faculty and staff are welcome to join the Annual New Women’s Welcome Meet-Up Sept. 9 from 5-7 p.m. Held virtually this year, participants will gather in a large group or in smaller breakout room chats to meet the newest members of the WVU family and catch up with old friends and colleagues.
In accordance with WVU Board of Governors (BOG) Governance Rule 1.4 – Ethics, Conflict of Interest and Outside Consulting, all University faculty and non-classified staff must complete an annual disclosure form detailing their outside consulting arrangements undertaken during the past fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). Today (Aug. 31) is the deadline.
