The women's soccer team continues its homestand tonight (Oct. 1), as it welcomes Big 12 foe Oklahoma to Morgantown. Kickoff from Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium is tabbed for 7 p.m. ET. In conjunction with Big 12 Mental Health Awareness Week, it's Mental Health Awareness Night, as the Mountaineers support Hilinski's Hope Foundation.

The Morgantown Police Department will alter traffic patterns in downtown Morgantown Friday (Oct. 1) beginning at 5:30 p.m. for the WVU Homecoming Parade. Parking will also be restricted on High and Prospect Streets beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The WVU community is invited to the Center for Black Culture and Research Homecoming Tailgate Saturday (Oct. 2) at 1 p.m. in the Coca-Cola Hospitality Tent City, Rosenbaum House Parking Lot. Join us for the live music, food and fun.

Bell  

For more than two decades, a ceremonial bell ringing has served as a solemn remembrance for West Virginia University students who have died. The tradition was silenced by the COVID-19 pandemic but will return to the Morgantown Campus Oct. 4, 6 and 7. Ceremonies coordinated by the Office of Campus and Community Life and Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity, will be held to remember students who have died since the last bell ringing took place in February 2020.

Student Life HOF 2021  

The Division of Student Life will honor the recipients of the 2021 Hall of Fame and Outstanding Achievement Awards during an induction ceremony at 3:30 p.m. on Monday (Oct. 4) at the Mountainlair Ballrooms.
