Ari Fleischer  

Ari Fleischer joins the WVU College of Media's Ashton Marra to discuss polarization and distrust in media, the First Amendment and public perception of free speech and how media and the political climate have changed in the last 20 years Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the WVU College of Law Fitzsimmon Hall. Space is limited; seating available on a first come, first served basis.

A passion for rowing has evolved into a lifelong purpose for coaching for CPASS master’s student and WVU rowing graduate assistant, Marija Medelinskaite. “CPASS professors are truly masters of their subjects and are willing to support students' needs. They make my learning experience superlative,” Medelinskaite said.

“From the Mountain: Malcolm Davis and the Art of Shino” will open at the Art Museum of West Virginia University from Jan. 22 through May 15 in the McGee Gallery. Featuring more than 70 objects on loan from private collections, this exhibition celebrates Davis’ artistic commitment to both beauty and function through a diversity of forms designed for everyday use.
