The West Virginia Mountaineer Short Film Festival will be held April 22-23 on WVU's Morgantown campus. Hosted by the Electronic Media program in the WVU School of Art & Design, the West Virginia Mountaineer Short Film Festival is an international, competitive film screening showing selected works from around the world, along with short films created by WVU students and regional filmmakers.
The WVU community is invited to unwind and get creative before the semester ends at the Eberly Writing Studio in-person creative writing workshop Thursday (April 21) in G02 Colson Hall.
Second-year student Mattie Shuler, who argued before the Justices of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia in Charleston, was awarded the historic Baker Cup by the Justices.
Courtney Hudnall was honored this spring with the Greenbrier County Teacher of the Year Award. Hudnall, Physical Education Teacher Education master’s of science graduate, is a physical education teacher at Ronceverte Elementary School in Greenbrier County.
Kelly Senecal, visiting professor at the University of Oxford and adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will present a seminar titled "The IC Engine's Role in our Race Toward Zero" via Zoom Thursday (April 21) from 4-5 p.m.
