The WVU School of Medicine Eastern Campus recently celebrated Match Day 2023 as fourth-year medical students were given their letters and found out where they will be completing their residency training.
Resources and help are within reach for managing stress, sleep, nutrition, relationships, substance use, mental health, self-care and more. The new WVU well-being website makes it easy to find these resources and information quickly.
Graduating medical students from the School of Medicine will span 21 states for their residency placements, with 43% of the class remaining in West Virginia. The placement announcements were made as part of the University’s recent Match Day celebration.
Barbara Cubic, professor and director of behavioral health, will present “Trauma-Informed Primary Care” at the Department of Family Medicine Grand Rounds from 8-9 a.m. tomorrow (March 24) at the University Town Centre, Conference Rooms 1A/1B.
Led by Tanya Rogers, associate dean of graduate programs, the exercise encouraged members of the School of Nursing to reflect on the principles and priorities that guide their lives and careers.
