The Davis College Store is accepting pre-orders for summer peaches. The peaches, grown in West Virginia at the Kearneysville Tree Fruit Research and Education Center, will be ready for your enjoyment at the beginning of August.

Nominations are being accepted for the second annual David H. Wilks Memorial Award for Excellence in Simulation. This award is given in honor of the late Dr. Wilks, who led the foundation of STEPS — Simulation Training and Education for Patient Safety — at WVU Health Sciences.

The WVU women's tennis team was named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team for the ninth consecutive year, an announcement from ITA. In addition to the team's accolade, six members were tabbed as ITA Scholar-Athletes for their outstanding work in the classroom.
Fifth-year senior guard Madisen Smith of the Mountaineer women's basketball team has been selected to represent WVU and the Big 12 Conference at the first-ever Student-Athlete Summit at the National Basketball Association's Summer League. The event will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from July 12-15.
