Beginning Thursday (June 29), West Virginia University will distribute notice of appointment letters for Fiscal Year 2024 to eligible non-classified, faculty and faculty-equivalent/academic professionals. New to this year’s process, faculty and staff will be asked to verify their base salary information in the Applaud HR system.

The WVU Parking Management Office will be closed on Monday, July 3. The office will resume normal hours of operation on Wednesday, July 5.
Effective July 1, any employee who has not used all available floating holiday hours through Applaud will forfeit those hours. The hours will be removed from the employee’s available floating holiday balance in the system.
