Faith Shearin, a prizewinning young adult novelist and poet, will serve as one of four faculty members during the 26th annual West Virginia Writers’ Workshop July 20-23. The workshop gives writers at any stage of their careers an opportunity to improve their craft in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The grant will help host approximately 40 Fulbright grantees for six weeks at WVU during the summer. The grantees will engage in a series of courses and workshops designed to prepare them for the linguistic and cultural realities of graduate study in the U.S. context.
