The WVU Health Sciences T32 Spring Symposium, scheduled for Wednesday (May 17), will feature a keynote address from Emily Calandrelli along with a panel discussion focused on science communication. The WVU Behavioral and Biomedical Sciences, and Cell and Molecular Biology and Biomedical Engineering programs will participate in the symposium.

Baseball Batter  

Sophomore JJ Wetherholt with the WVU baseball team has been named the Perfect Game/Rawlings Player of the Week as well as the Big 12 Co-Player of the Week. Wetherholt and the Mountaineers will be back in action this Thursday-Saturday to take on Texas in Austin for the final series of the regular season.

The conference schedule for the Mountaineers features one first-time opponent, as well as a pair of foes WVU has not faced in more than 10 years as BYU, Cincinnati, Houston and UCF join the Big 12 Conference.
