Honoring Diversity seminar to discuss LGBTQ+ rights

Join Brad Grimes, assistant director for career services and professional development at the College of Law, as he presents “LGBTQ+ Rights: Past, Present and Future” from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 3) on Zoom.

Grimes will provide a summary of the gradual development of laws providing rights and protections to LGBTQ+ people, including where we are today. He will also discuss the current legal protections covering adverse legislation being introduced in states across the nation. 

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. 

This seminar is part of the Honoring Diversity Series.
